BILTONG & BEER BREAD LOAF

š§ Ingredients
- 500g Self-raising flour
- 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Biltong (chopped or thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp salt and some mixed dried herbs
- 1 can Beer of choice (350ml)
š§ Recipe Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Add all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir through.
- Add the beer and mix well if the mixture looks a bit dry add more beer or some milk).
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake tor 45 minutes.
- Served best with a spread of butter.

- * Make sure your mixture is not too dry.
- * You can divide the mixture into two and make two mini-loaves instead-bake 30 mins.
- * Don't take a sip of the beer; you need every drop.
- * You can add spring onions, sundried-tomatoes, olives, etc.
