Biltong Breakfast Wrap

An easy to make, high-protein breakfast that will keep you satiated, and satisfied.

What you need:

  • Eggs
  • Wrap/Tortilla
  • Biltong
  • Mozzarella cheese (or any cheese you have)
  • Avocado
  • Sauce
    (Anything you’d like to add)

Recipe Steps:

  1. Make an omelette 
  2. When the omelette is cooked, place the wrap on top and turn it around. 
  3. Add biltong, avocado, mozzarella cheese, and sauce/spread of choice. 
  4. Fold it in half and cut.
  5. Breakfast is served.
