Sweet and salty chocolate bark

If you love a sweet and savory combo, this is for you. Think dark chocolate with a touch of salt!
Sweet & Savoury Biltong Bark
Ingredients
- 5ml coconut oil
- 60-80g of good quality Chocolate
- 30g Finely chopped biltong
- Mixed nuts, chopped
- Mixed fruit (optional)
- Brown sugar (optional)
Method:
* Chop the chocolate
* Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil in a glass bowl over boiling water (or use the microwave).
* Chop the biltong and fruit if needed.
* Add the biltong and half of the nuts & fruit to the chocolate.
* Pour it out on baking paper and shape into a block.
* Top with the rest of the nuts and fruits.
* Sprinkle some brown sugar on top (optional but recommended)
* Put it in the refrigerator for an hour or so.
* Cut & enjoy the sweet & savoury combo.
