What you get. A subscription delivers your chosen products at the frequency you pick (every month, 45 days or 2 months). Subscriptions get a discount on every delivery: 10% monthly, 5% every 45 days, 2.5% every 2 months.
Minimum of 2 deliveries. Every subscription runs for a minimum of 2 paid deliveries. You can cancel in the customer portal once the 2nd delivery has been paid. During the first 2 deliveries you cannot skip, pause or postpone a delivery. This minimum applies to subscriptions started on or after 16 October 2026; subscriptions started earlier keep their existing terms.
After that. The subscription continues automatically at the same frequency. You can cancel any time in your customer portal at biltongfix.com/tools/recurring/login. A cancellation before your next billing date means you will not be charged again. You get an email confirming the end date.
Price. Prices do not change during the minimum. Any later change is announced at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before it applies.
14-day withdrawal right. Within 14 days after receiving your first delivery you can withdraw from (cancel) your subscription without giving a reason, even during the minimum. Use our online withdrawal form at biltongfix.com/pages/herroeping (no account needed) or email getmy@biltongfix.com. After withdrawal there are no further deliveries or charges. Products already delivered cannot be returned or refunded, because biltong is a natural food product and our packs are sealed for hygiene reasons.
Ending early. Outside the withdrawal period, cancelling before the 2nd delivery is not possible in the customer portal. There is no early-exit fee; the only commitment is the minimum of 2 deliveries. If something has gone wrong, contact us at getmy@biltongfix.com.
Faulty or late deliveries. Your legal rights for damaged, spoiled or wrong products always apply. If we fail to deliver, you can end the subscription without cost.
Multiple subscriptions. The minimum applies to each subscription separately.
